Return and exchange policy

Return and exchange period

The customer can request a return or exchange of the product within 3 days of the date of receiving the order.

Return and exchange terms

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition as received.
  • The original packaging must be intact, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Attach the invoice or proof of purchase.

Products that are non-returnable or non-exchangeable

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
  • Products included in special offers, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
  • Products that have had a discount code applied to them during purchase, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Please provide us with order details, proof of purchase, and product photos if needed. Our team will review the order and contact you to determine the next steps.

Upon approval of the refund request, the amount will be refunded within 7 business days from the date of approval, using the original payment method.

Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

If the customer cancels the order on their own, and payment was made through Tamara, Tappy, or one of the installment methods, a processing fee of 8% of the total order value will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be returned to the customer.

Important notes

  • The customer bears the cost of shipping the return or exchange if the product is not defective.
  • In case of a manufacturing defect, Gluta Health Care store will bear the full shipping cost.
